A little celebration...

Our anniversary was wonderful. We had a lovely date night. We didn't take any pictures of us at dinner, but we went out to a fabulous local restaurant known for seafood and sushi - and vanilla creme brulee!

We got lucky - a neighbor dropped by with Christmas treats right when we got home, so he got the photos of us in front of our tree. Special! I love them.

I'm so lucky to be married to a fabulous man who loves me and our little puppy girl! He's the best... As long as I've got him, I know life will be a fun adventure. Can't beat that!

Better Together...

Three years ago today, we said "I do."

It's not always been perfect, but it has been real and good - and most of all, fun. I live with my best friend. We act like kids. We spoil a precious little dog rotten and we are surrounded by wonderful family.

You can't really ask for more, can you?

Together we are better than we are apart. I'm not sure everyone can say that, and I'm proud of where we are in our lives and in our marriage. I love Mr. Jones dearly. I'm looking forward to every year yet to come.

A Simple Celebration

Two years ago today, I married my best friend. It's been an adventure, for sure. We've still got a lot to look forward to in the next few weeks as well - Christmas, Orlando, Disney, Harry Potter at Universal.....

I am grateful for a partner that loves me, listens to me, and continues to dream dreams for our future right along with me. I'm not sure it gets any better than that.
