Neiman Marcus & Target fun...

How many of y'all hit up the Neiman Marcus & Target collection on Dec. 1? I did, but as much as I loved the collection, and enjoyed my Saturday morning jaunt, I only made two purchases.

The setup was very cool. They actually kept the whole collection together, and it's moved around locations at our Target a few times.

I loved these two clothing items, but the price tags were just too steep!

My lone purchases were two of the the Tory Burch lunch boxes. One for me, and one for my sister's Christmas gift. They're just so cute and useful! I debated a bit about the matching thermos, but I always carry a Tervis tumbler, so I passed on this one.

What did you check out? Did you think the prices were still a little high for the quality of items? It was really cool to have designer items a little more readily available, but $50 for three Christmas ornaments - no matter how beautiful - is still a little out of my price range.

XOXO,

  1. I didn't even realize there was a NM display! But I think that's why I don't shop there in general, the prices are way too steep for me.

  2. Everything is now 50% off at the Targets I've been to recently.

Lots of fun things, just too pricey.

  5. I just struggle with those prices at Target! If I want NM I will go to NM!!! Not to mention the items didn't blow me away and our Target did a less than great job with display.

    Merry Christmas!!!

  7. I snagged a dress on clearance and it was STILL $50. I loved the NM line- but definitely not the steep prices. I wonder if they will do that again? It just didn't seem to mesh well with the Target brand.
