Smash kicks off its second season on NBC on Feb. 5, and I can't wait. Did any of y'all watch the first season? It was very addictive, given my love of Broadway and great music. It featured Katherine McPhee, and she was fabulous as Karen Cartwright. Megan Hilty was featured as Karen's big-time competition, Ivy Lynn. I loved watching them play off each other. And the CD that went with season one? It was great too. I promise.
This season, Jennifer Hudson is joining the cast, and I love her voice and her acting, so that's even better!
What mid-season shows are you looking forward to watching? Anything I need to add to my DVR this winter?

Oh I ADORE this show. This plus Nashville makes me SO happy to watch television. I love seeing music back on TV again!
