The Nail Files: Bama Style

Confession. I kind of can't believe I'm posting these pictures now that I've seen them, but I did rock this look earlier this week to show a little Bama football love! My painting skills were definitely a little messy, but the houndstooth showed up pretty well!

What do you think? Do y'all do the accent nail thing? I thought my trick of using two strips of Sally Hansen Salon Effects instead of all ten at once will help me make the $10 pack last longer! And it's a little less busy, which I like!

  3. I've bought some of these strips and haven't used them yet, but I will be using them as accent nails too. They are just too expensive for one manicure. I wish they had 20 strips in them!

  4. That's a great idea to just use them as an accent nail to make them last longer. I have never tried these and I think they are so cool looking.

  10. From what I've heard - once you open a pack, they start to dry out.

I tried them and hated them, so don't quote me on that :P

I do love the houndstooth though!
