The Nail Files: Bama Style
Confession. I kind of can't believe I'm posting these pictures now that I've seen them, but I did rock this look earlier this week to show a little Bama football love! My painting skills were definitely a little messy, but the houndstooth showed up pretty well!
What do you think? Do y'all do the accent nail thing? I thought my trick of using two strips of Sally Hansen Salon Effects instead of all ten at once will help me make the $10 pack last longer! And it's a little less busy, which I like!

Okay so I bought these too and couldn't get them to stick!! Do you paint the nails first??
ReplyDeleteOooooo I love that polish strip. Cute accent!
ReplyDeleteI've bought some of these strips and haven't used them yet, but I will be using them as accent nails too. They are just too expensive for one manicure. I wish they had 20 strips in them!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great idea to just use them as an accent nail to make them last longer. I have never tried these and I think they are so cool looking.
ReplyDeletelove the accent nail! what a great idea! Have a happy Friday and be sure to enter to win a monogrammed bow! (Ends tomorrow)
ReplyDeleteLove it! I just got another pattern of them at Target on sale for $5!
ReplyDeletegreat way to use the nail strips! i'd buy them more often if they weren't so expensive!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I have wanted to try those for a while. Love the pattern
ReplyDeleteI love that! What a cute idea!
ReplyDeleteYour nails look great! I love doing the accent nail. Need to bust out my Sally Hansen nail stickers... have so many!
ReplyDeleteFrom what I've heard - once you open a pack, they start to dry out.
ReplyDeleteI tried them and hated them, so don't quote me on that :P
I do love the houndstooth though!
