The Wine Chronicles: Milbrandt Riesling

My latest wine tasting find was an awesome Riesling. I found it one day when I checked out my favorite shop's tasting alone, and the entire tasting was from this brand. I loved them all!

I actually kept the tasting notes, so I thought I'd tell you what the wine shop had to say about this yummy selection.

Milbrandt "Traditions" Riesling 2010
Columbia Valley, Washington.
100% Riesling
62% Evergreen and 38% Wahluck Slope Vineyards
Aged in stainless steel.
Sourced from the same vineyards as Chateau Saint Michelle Eroica Riesling. The nose is dry with scents of peaches and flowers. Green apple flavors and tart acidity within a crisp, juicy, textured and fresh palate are appealing. The finish is tasty with lingering notes of apple and pear.
$10.99.

I'll be buying another bottle of this wine, that's for sure. (As soon as I deplete my stash some!)

On another note, one of my favorite bloggers, Neely at A Complete Waste of Makeup is hosting a TON of giveaways that are about to end! Check them out please!

You can find Lindsey's Scentsy giveaway here or Emily's $15 Starbucks card giveaway here. My favorite giveaway would be Messy Dirty Hair's makeup giveaway here! Go enter and good luck!
