Don't leave me, Mama!

How do you deal with it when your precious puppy girl blocks your exit? And pouts? Because it kind of kills me. Just a little bit. Well, a lot.

EB stopped me in my tracks this week. I was drying my hair and putting my shoes on, and she KNOWS that means I'm getting ready to leave. So she tried to do something about it.

So, um, I melted. And snuggled her. Then left. I mean, it was bible study time after all!

Happy puppy love day!

  2. Awww...so cute! Thankfully we don't have this problem with the Munchkins, otherwise I'd never make it anywhere! When we aren't home, we confine them to the kitchen. When we are ready to leave, we say "get in your bed" and they hop right in and lay down. What can I say, they like to sleep!

  3. Well, our dogs both stay in kennels during the day so we just love on them before they have to go in.

  5. I have the same problem! My dogs crate themselves (and I'm the loser that video taped it a few times to make sure they actually do sleep in their crate during the day), but that doesn' stop them from blocking the door and pouting for a minute or two as I try and leave!
